Did you notice this new legislation posted by Sen. Briggs? SB-137. Talks about not allowing public comment for new developments approved along lines within the parameters of county plans. So … if an unelected body develops a plan and that plan gets approved by the county commission, many of whom represent areas outside those affected by new developments, citizens in the affected areas no longer should have any access to publicly opposing such developments in front of their own elected representatives? This Sen. Briggs should be primaried!
