Republicism Versus Republicanism Version 2.0 -With Podcast
Too many Republicans put the party over principles
The Kevin McCarthy Speaker of the House Saga shows the clear divide between many elected Republicans and the Republican base.
There were enough Republicans in the House who are fed up with all talk no action that they threw their power around demanded real reforms and accountability. As predicted, Kevin McCarthy did not deliver.
McCarthy, like most Republican hacks, is silent on the things that actually matter. Republicans when in power have never balanced the federal budget and have never secured the borders (largely because they are owned by the globalists and open borders Chamber of Commerce). Only a handful have been against vaccine mandates and vaccine passports, and stood up to the unconstitutional detention of January 6th accused (many whom have been held longer than any potential sentence for what they have been accused of).
The only issue in 2024 is who collects the ballots.
Where are Republicans on voter integrity? In Wisconsin, 119,283 active voters who have been registered for over 100 years. Wisconsin Judge Bans Ballot Drop Boxes, Says Election Officials Broke The Law. No reasonable person can claim that Wisconsin had a proper election. The answer is: the Republican Swamp wanted Trump gone.
Democrats are netting House seats after redistricting due to blue states eliminating Republican seats.
Then we have Republicans being asleep at the wheel again. Populist Swing State Voters Become Key Target for Democrats in 2022 Midterms. Republicans are leaving the door open for Democrats to walk back in.
Not being the Democrats is what Republicans have specialized at for the last 20 years. Their motto is: do enough to get into power and control the process and money.
The people who run the Republican Party nationally and in your state and county level have one interest: being in power and controlling the purse strings.
They however have no desire to actually deliver on promises. They will say enough to win and when it comes time to deliver, they do and will not.
There is so much money in politics. There are high paying jobs: in government, in elected office, campaign consulting, lobbying, and the like. The Republican insiders want to get their piece of the pie. They get it by being in charge.
The problem they have is the Republican base.
There are two philosophies in the Republican Party.
First is Republicism. This is the notion that we are a Constitutional Republic and have a Constitution and Bill of Rights to follow. People who support Republicism are principle based. They support concepts such as freedom of religion, freedom of speech, the 2nd Amendment, due process, free enterprise, and the rule of law.
Second is Republicanism. These are people who put the Republican Party first over any set of principles. These are the people who become involved for their paychecks. They tell us always to vote Republican and have no actual principles.
The problem with Republicanism is the people in the party who subscribe to it actively work against the interests of the voters who put them in office. They have no desire to actually deliver on basic Republican Party principles like reducing the size and scope of government, repealing bad laws passed by Democrats and the Republican wing of the Uni-Party. When Republicans get in power, they do not actually address nor solve any of the problems of the day.
One of the first things I learned after getting involved in the Republican Party is that electing Republicans will not accomplish what the Republican Party stands for. These Republicanism types will do anything and everything they can to destroy anyone who wants to actually elected Republicans who do something. See what these types did to Donald Trump.
This is one of the hardest lessons to learn in getting involved in politics. It is also one of the reasons why it is a complete waste of time working within the Republican Party. The party itself is a waste of time to work to control. All that counts is the correct candidates winning nominations and winning elections.
The first step to restoring the United States is getting the modern Democrat Party out of power.
The second step is ridding the Republican Party of Republicanism. This part is a lot of hard work and learning how the process actually works. This requires running for office as Republicans and winning nominations and elections.
Republicanism is a huge problem in Knox County. It has to do with who funds the Republican Party and where economic opportunity lies.
In Tennessee, there are a handful of extremely wealthy families that donate a lot of money to candidates and the Republican Party. In many ways, the GOP is the Grand Old Prostitutes.
These families are not conservative, not Americans First, and part of the Republican wing of the Uni-Party.
If you want one of these prized government jobs, you will be loyal to the system. This group is known as the Court House Crowd. So many people make a very nice living off our system and will not jeopardize what they have.
We saw this in the 2023 Republican Reorganization Convention. About 200 of these types showed up to reinstall Buddy Burkhart as chairman.
The good news is we outnumber these people. The bad news is people do not show up where and when it counts.
